THE LONG STORY

I’ve done everything from taught after-school science, served churro sandwiches, worked as a file clerk, slung over 300 lattes in a day, taught drum lessons, script supervised reality shows, logged countless hours of footage for SharkWeek, and freelance edited for a decade- all while writing stories, making films, and putting up plays with my favorite artists and actors to make it all worth it.

I am a queer, non-binary, filmmaker, with a good amount of childhood trauma and dance moves. I was born and raised in Wisconsin and am the child of a first generation Italian immigrant. I found myself playing drums in a punk band and kissing girls in dive bars. I learned humor from my grandma and Nick at Nite. I love telling stories and hearing stories. When I write, I find my bravery and boldness from my pursuit to create empathy. I am passionate about creating diverse stories with unlikely heroes and writing about queer love and queer friendship.
